Common questions
I forgot my password. Choose "Forgot password?" on the sign-in screen. The email comes from noreply@gentask.ai; check your spam folder if it does not arrive.
The verification email did not arrive. Check your spam folder, then use "Resend email" in the banner at the top of the app.
How do I delete my account? See Delete your account.
Who can see my programs? Only you, and anyone you give a share link to. You can stop sharing at any time.
Reminders are not arriving. Check that notifications are allowed for GenTask in your device settings and that battery optimisation is not stopping the app.
