How do I cancel Premium or PremiumPlus?
Cancel where you bought it, in the App Store or Google Play. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
Cancel the subscription where you bought it.
- App Store: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → GenTask → Cancel Subscription.
- Google Play: Play Store → profile icon → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions → GenTask → Cancel.
Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Then your account moves to Free and nothing is deleted.
